Can I rent for personal use?

When can I receive the equipment?

We deliver the equipment 2 days in advance so that you have time to check and familiarize yourself with the rental equipment before the actual event date.

What happens if trouble occurs with the equipment?

We test all equipment prior to delivery.

If you face a problem, you can call us and our technicians will resolve the problem.

In the event that the issue cannot be resolved, we'll replace the equipment immediately.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes.

However, if you cancel the order after all order procedure are completed, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee depending on the cancellation date.

You can change the number of rental equipment without any cancellation charge.

Do you offer setup and removal service at the event site?

Yes. Upon your request, our technician offer optional service of installation, setup, operation check, and removal at additional cost.
There are some exception to the above depending on the number of unit or the place of set up, so please contact us in advance.

Do you have minimum and maximum number of equipment rentals?

Basically we don't have any limitation. We will offer you the number of available equipment depending on the rental period and the type of product.

If you need a large quantity of equipment, please contact us as early as possible.

When should I apply for the rental order?

Basically, please apply no later than one week prior to the rental start date.

What payment options do I have?

We only accept credit card for the payments.

Can I rent software?

Yes.

You can rent Microsoft office software through "Microsoft software rental program" provided by Microsoft cooperation. Antivirus software Trend Micro™"Virus buster SaaS" is also included.

We will install software before delivery so that you can use it as soon as you receive your rental PC.
*We don't deliver the installation disc itself.
